1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet through the vo99 platform (accessible at vo99.io), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you create an account or, where no account is required, from the moment you first access the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by vo99, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, virtual slots, card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), and any promotional or bonus programs operated by vo99.

vo99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email to the address on record. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of the vo99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of vo99 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had a vo99 account suspended, closed for cause, or self-excluded through the platform's responsible gaming tools.

vo99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to requests for a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on vo99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vo99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses, free bets, or pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name (as it appears on your NID or passport), date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vo99 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. You agree to notify vo99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. vo99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vo99 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point at vo99's discretion, players may be required to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Bangladeshi NID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator bill issued within 90 days)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

vo99 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable daily or monthly transaction limits, are displayed on the Cashier page of your account. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. vo99 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to accounts belonging to persons other than the registered account holder. 4.4 Processing Times

4.5 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, and payouts on vo99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT-denominated transactions. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vo99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("hedging"), systematic low-risk wagering patterns that exploit bonus structures, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, vo99 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

vo99 runs promotional campaigns tied to Bangladesh-specific events and sporting seasons, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own terms. 6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on vo99 are subject to acceptance by the platform. vo99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that exceed the applicable single-bet maximum, and bets placed after an event has concluded or after an in-play event has passed the point at which the relevant market closed.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by vo99 in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 36 hours, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, duplicate bet acceptance due to a system fault, or where the integrity of the relevant event is called into question. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake to the player's account balance.

6.3 Live In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets at vo99 are suspended and reopened at the platform's discretion, typically following scoring events, wickets (in cricket), or other significant match events. vo99 shall not be liable for bets placed during a brief period in which live odds were incorrectly displayed due to data feed latency. Decisions made by vo99's trading team on live markets are final.

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the vo99 platform without prior written consent from vo99. Unauthorised use of vo99's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vo99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, server downtime, third-party data feed failures, or events beyond vo99's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses resulting from bets placed during a technical error period where erroneous odds were displayed, where such bets have been voided in accordance with Section 6
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors including delays, declined transactions, or erroneous charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vo99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

vo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour has been identified
• A player has been found to be ineligible (underage, duplicate account, prohibited jurisdiction)
• A player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• vo99 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any withdrawable balance (net of active bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of the closure process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice for minor changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision). For material changes — including any change that affects player rights, financial obligations, or game/betting rules — vo99 will provide reasonable advance notice by email to the registered address on the account.
